This Privacy Policy explains how FITAI collects, uses, shares, and protects the personal data of individuals who interact with us or use our services, whether within our studio or through our digital channels (including the website, forms, messages, and AI-powered chat) 

By using our Services or providing us with your personal data, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Policy.

7. Training Data Recording and MyWellness Platform

FITAI relies on the MyWellness Cloud platform to operate its equipment ecosystem and record session data. FITAI maintains a dedicated space within the platform to manage client accounts and training results (such as device settings, workout outcomes, and session history), according to system configurations.

This data is used to deliver services, track progress, and improve the training experience. FITAI remains the primary point of contact for any inquiries or requests related to your data, while the technology provider (Technogym) supplies the cloud infrastructure and operational support.


8. AI-Assisted Messaging

FITAI uses AI-powered tools to assist with:

  • Responding to general inquiries

  • Facilitating booking, scheduling, and follow-ups

  • Supporting customer service

These tools may process limited data such as name, contact details, appointment preferences, and inquiry content.

We do not use AI to make fully automated decisions that materially affect your eligibility, rights, or access to services without human involvement.


9. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data for money. We may share data when necessary to operate our Services, including with:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers

  • Payment and billing providers

  • Messaging providers (SMS, Email, WhatsApp)
